Abstract
The paper deals with the results of the comparative investigation of the rare species of dendrologic flora of the plain forests of Ukraine the forest beech (Fagus sylvatica L.) in its natural location and its forest cultured lands in the eastern limit of the species habitat. The spectrum analysis of ontogenetic conditions in the beech populations shows good species adaptation to ecological conditions of Podolia.
